LOCTITE ABLESTIK QMI529HT-LV is a gray, BMI Hybrid die attach adhesive designed for use in high throughput die attach applications. LOCTITE® ABLESTIK QMI529HT-LV is a thermally and electrically conductive material that is stable at high temperatures. This product is hydrophobic and has low moisture absorption and offers good dispensing characteristics. LOCTITE ABLESTIK QMI529HT-LV passes NASA outgassing standards as well as MIL-STD-883 standards, Method 5011.
