LOCTITE STYCAST 2651, Dielectric Grade, Epoxy, Encapsulant LOCTITE® STYCAST 2651 is a dielectric grade epoxy encapsulant designed for general purpose applications and has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. LOCTITE STYCAST 2651 can be used with a variety of catalysts.
